IDEAT by Knoly

Draft, version 2026-10-draft

Terms of use

This is a plain-language draft for the private test phase. It must be reviewed by a lawyer before IDEAT is opened to anyone outside the invited group.

1. Who this is for

IDEAT is an invite-only tool for creative teams. You may use it only with an invite from the owner, for your own professional work.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell the owner if you think someone else has used it.

3. Credits

Running a round spends credits. Credits are a usage allowance set by the owner. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the owner may change prices or balances.

4. Your material and AI services

Briefs and uploads you submit are sent to third-party AI services (such as OpenRouter and the model providers behind it) to produce ideas. Do not submit material you are not allowed to share with them, such as confidential client files under an agreement that forbids it. Choose local-only models if you need the material to stay on this machine.

5. Generated ideas

Ideas and images are produced by AI and may be wrong, similar to existing work, or unsuitable. You are responsible for checking them (including trademarks and copyright) before using them.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use IDEAT to break the law, harass people, create deceptive or harmful content, or try to get around limits or security.

7. Privacy

We store your name, email, a scrambled version of your password, your briefs, results and credit history. Each person can only see their own history. The owner can see who has an account and how many credits they have.

8. No warranty

IDEAT is provided as is during the test phase. It may change, be unavailable, or lose data.
